INTAKE NURSE - MESA, AZ - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS
MUST HAVE:
- Unencumbered AZ RN Licensure
Responsibilities:
- Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.
- Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).
- Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist’s regarding patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records.
- Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Must be flexible with shifts (rotating schedule with weekends and evenings, but no overnights!)
- Exceptional team player mindset
- Must have unencumbered AZ license (or compact)
Pay: $31 - $35/hr.
Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
