ICP Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Syspro Business Analyst to lead the optimization and support of our ERP and warehouse management environment. This role goes beyond troubleshooting; it involves acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying opportunities to enhance Syspro and Translution WMS functionality, and driving improvements in business processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver operational excellence, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders to champion best practices and ensure Syspro and Translution WMS are effectively utilized across the organization. This position is remote if near a major airport – 75% travel.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Consultation & User Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact for Syspro and Translution WMS, engaging with end users to understand their processes, challenges, and goals. 
  • Provide second-level support for Syspro ERP and Translution WMS, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze and implement new system modules, integrations, and process improvements. 
  • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable Syspro and WMS configurations and solutions. 
System Administration & Configuration 
  • Manage and support Syspro ERP and Translution WMS, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Develop, test, and implement patches and upgrades, working closely with end users to minimize disruptions. 
  • Configure and support both new and existing Syspro ERP and Translution WMS modules and integrations to meet evolving business needs. 
  • Own problems through to final resolution, ensuring quality in all deliverables. 
Process Improvement & Efficiency 
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and increase operational efficiencies in ERP and WMS workflows. 
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and configure Syspro and Translution WMS to meet business objectives. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of project deliverables. 
Training & Adoption 
  • Support end users by providing training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day guidance on Syspro and Translution WMS functionality. 
  • Foster user adoption by demonstrating how Syspro and WMS can streamline workflows and add value to their roles. 
  • Assist in identifying training needs and delivering tailored sessions to ensure proficiency with ERP and WMS systems. 
Leadership & Project Management 
  • Manage and support Syspro and Translution WMS system upgrades, working closely with project teams to implement business requirements. 
  • Assist in identifying and quantifying project risks and opportunities, ensuring smooth delivery of projects. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors for ERP and WMS system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 
Change Management & Other Duties 
  • Facilitate smooth transitions to new functionalities by providing post-implementation support and training to end users. 
  • Perform additional duties based on company needs and employee capabilities, contributing to overall business success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syspro, and warehouse management solutions such as Translution WMS. 
  • Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL and programming languages like VB.NET. 
  • Strong understanding of ERP and WMS architecture, including modules, workflows, and integrations. 
  • Experience with Translution WMS functionalities, including inventory control, warehouse automation, and real-time data tracking. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively. 
  • Experience creating, implementing, and managing user permissions policies to maintain system integrity. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with end users across various roles and departments, providing coaching and training as needed. 
  • Experience developing end-user documentation and training materials to support adoption and proficiency. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex challenges effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ethical conduct and attention to detail in all aspects of work. 
  • Experience planning and organizing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to improving business processes and user experience. 
  • Commitment to maintaining Syspro ERP and Translution WMS reliability and adherence to best practices.
