meaningful moments of impact. Job Description -Maintains and repairs
physical structures ofbuildingsand maintainsgrounds. Also assists
maintenance mechanics when assigned. Responsibilities: \* Maintain plant
mechanical ems (boilers, air compressors & HVAC units) at a high level
of readiness and efficiency. These systems will be kept in a clean and
orderly manner at all times. \* Maintain filters and dust collection
devices in the plant air handling units. This includes the vacuuming and
changing of filters periodically. \* Maintain plant entrances, exits and
sidewalks by keeping them free of snow and ice. \* Maintain lawn,
shrubs, andgroundsincluding watering, pruning, weeding and picking up
area as necessary. \* Paint areas in plant as instructed. \* Monitor the
plant trim and dust collection system including dust collectors, bag
houses, trim blowers and return air fans. Also assist in the maintenance
of these areas. \* Assist the Maintenance Mechanics as necessary or
assigned. \* Performbuildingmaintenance projects and plant cleaning
projects as necessary or assigned. \* Perform preventive maintenance as
assigned. \* Maintain appropriate records, time reports and work orders
for work performed. \* Train and upgrade personnel assigned.
Qualifications Required Skills: \* Ability to troubleshoot and repair
mechanical and electrical problems. \* Ability to use powered hand tools
in the operation of maintenance duties. \* Ability to repair hydraulic
and liquid pumps. \* Ability to assist outside vendors when required in
the repair and installation of equipment. Required Experience: \*
Ability to work in a team environment required. \* Some experience in
woodworking desired \* General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical
