We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will be based in Florence, Kentucky, and will occasionally travel to other offices in the greater Cincinnati area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be engaging with our clients and their guests regularly, requiring strong communication skills. You will also be handling the administration for several different companies. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in regular interaction with clients and their guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize basic office skills to maintain efficient office operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Manage office equipment such as printers, A/V equipment, and phone systems.
• Carry out receptionist duties, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Set up and clean up conference rooms for meetings.
• Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) for various administrative tasks.
