Job Description:
Position will be onsite in Marshall, MN. Working a Monday-Friday schedule with day time hours.
Position Summary: Under general supervision, prepares and inputs payroll information into the computerized payroll systems. Meets deadlines and maintains accurate pay records to ensure timely and accurate pay for associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
Weekly productivity report by gathering hour and productivity information from each department of each division using weekly recap reports; temporary agency hour and wage reports; weekly reports; and Time Card Edit forms and distribution of those reports.
Prepare and assist in preparing payroll data within Timeclock systems.
Gathering data from various databases/systems to pull Key Performance Indicator numbers and report to various department leaders.
Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding pay for performance payroll data.
Coordinates and processes any irregular payments. (Sign-On Bonuses; Referral Bonuses; etc.)
Maintain PTO records and pull hours for employees and department leaders.
Assist with compliance reporting; managing driver compliance; managing route information for drivers; slot information for inventory; and various other operational administrative activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
1-2 years of payroll experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to learn and navigate various computer systems.
