NY 1498002 Line Cook Broadwell Hospitality Group located in Oswego, NY is seeking a Line Cook to start immediately Responsibilities include - Set up station with necessary items to produce menu items per checklist - Requisitions items needed before end of shift - Checks banquet and prep sheet for functions and functions for that night - Keeps Chef/Sous Chef aware of problems during shift(86 items, personnel problems, production problems) - Maintains sanitary kitchen and line conditions and cleans line equipment per posted schedules - Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times - Stay current on all emergency procedures and acts accordingly - Wears uniform and name at all times in accordance with company standards - Attend department meetings - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established by company, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook Education -High School Diploma/GED Schedule -Full Time Pay Rate $15 - $17 per hour Benefits - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Sick Leave To apply please send resume to HR@bhgmail.com or mail to BHG PO Box 992 Oswego NY, 13126 Atten: HR or drop your resume off at the front desk of the Clarion Hotel/ GS Steamers located at 70 East 1st Oswego NY 13126.
