Job DescriptionRequisition Summary
The Sales Development Business Analyst is an exciting role contributing to the success of our department by providing standard and ad hoc reporting as well as automating standard reporting using Python, Tableau, and other tools. In addition, the Marketing Business Analyst will aid the department in developing processes to provide project and systems information which incorporates data from multiple departments and PACCAR Divisions.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Develop and build reproducible reports on department KPIs
Serve as an expert on the Marketing department's data sources
Lead the development of data tools for the Sales and Marketing groups by collaborating with multiple data teams and key business stakeholders
Complete ad hoc data pulls and reporting requests via dashboards
Assist in building and maintaining project management tools
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer -Science, Analytics, or related discipline.
3 Years of relevant work experience
Advanced competency in at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Snowflake) and Salesforce
Proven quality validation and data synopsis skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Prior experience as a Data Analyst preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Six Sigma experience a plus

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $75,100 - $103,730 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
