Job Description

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying key market opportunities, and adapting approaches to maximize sales growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
