Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for monitoring parts at outside processors, cycle counting, producing various reports and scheduling.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitoring and expediting parts from outside processors

Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as necessary

Produce various excel reports

Schedule several areas of the plant

Direct contact with customer

Job Duties:

Prioritize production schedules

Cycle counts

Ad Hoc inv requests

RMA's from Reynosa

Inventory/SAP adjustments - counting bins/sub con inv/Angola/etc.

MCS scrap follow-up

Tesla EDI

Revenue file 2x/week

Demand hot spot file

Reclaims - RSV, MCS/Tesla, IPS, Polymet

Traveler edits/adjustments as needed

Bar pin reporting and scrap analysis

BOS - inventory, cycle counting, reconcile

Bond room chemical orders

NVH daily stats create template file for new month

Inventory file 2x/month

E&O (once per quarter)

LPA audits/team lead

Reynosa discrepancies

Usage updates when able

Paccar Open orders

Reynosa Past Due report

Electro Prime

Void Labels

Fix Sub Contractor inventory

Cycle Counts (when extra time)

Negative inventory (when extra time)

Production Sheets

Navistar Releases

Dynamic Suspension Releases

MCS/Ford Inventories

Ford Service requirements

LOTO Audit and enter into Beacon

IPO's

Other duties as assigned

MATERIALS ANALYST

Manage MRP system to determine deliveries

Supplier and subcontractor direct contact

Manage planning parameters in accordance with standards and current situation

Knowledge & Skills:

Must have a strong work ethic

Must be able to follow detailed instructions

Must have the ability to identify and solve problems and make logical decisions

Must be able to work with precision and a high level of accuracy

Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and able to focus on task at hand

Possess strong time management skills

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner

Ability to speak and write English fluently

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately

Work & Education Requirements:

Associate degree

One year of Inventory control experience

Shipping/Receiving experience desirable
