Job Description

At least 2 years of previous experience in the home healthcare field.
A valid HHA or CNA certification.
Excellent bedside manner, and a positive, friendly disposition.
The ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and to bend, kneel, squat, and twist without difficulty.
A passion for providing outstanding care for our patients.
Assist in any day-to-day activities that patients may need help with, including moving around the home, exercise, eating, washing, and taking medication.
Maintain the cleanliness of the patient's living quarter as needed, cleaning up any spills or messes that occur during your shift.
Update patient case records as any changes to doctor's orders, medication, dietary needs, or lifestyle habits occur.
Make the necessary safety and accessibility arrangements for any trips or activities the patients engage in.
Write up weekly reports on the status of your patients and deliver them to the case manager to ensure that any changes in patient health are accounted for.
