Job Description

A Client/Employer in Stanton, TN is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineers. These engineers must be flexible to significant travel during initial plant start-up phase, and ability to support any shift in a 7-day work week. Daily responsibilities will include:

* Coaching Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work

* Monitor Andon occurrences

* Verify that the line is running safely, smoothly and producing quality parts

* Coach problem resolution to team members and support Continuous Improvement

* Optimize the amount of material passing through the line in accordance with budgets and cost objectives

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Material, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial

* 2+ years of leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing industry

* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles

* Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement Processes

* Strong knowledge of Andon System

* Knowledge of constraint management principles

* Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bodyshop, stamping, paint, or subassembly experience

* Experience working on a start-up plant
