Looking for meaningful work helping others in a call center environment? Kelly is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a premier healthcare employer in Coon Rapids, MN. Do good work and make a difference in your community!
Customer Service Representative Overview: -Pay: $20.88/hour -Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule between 7:00am – 8:00pm, including weekends. You will have two consecutive days off per work week. -Paid training for the first 8 weeks is from 8:00am- 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. After training, your regular schedule will be assigned and may include weekends. -Temporary to permanent opportunities after approximately 3 months, with full benefits once hired permanent. -Professional and fun work environment with sit/stand desks!
Your customer service duties will include: -Patient scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service. -Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public in a high-volume call center environment. -Ensure data entries are accurate and complete. -Problem-solve while showing empathy. -Communicate well in straight-forward situations.
