POSITION SUMMARY

DME Delivers LLC is a dynamic and growing organization that specializes in providing fulfillment services to various companies, including companies based in Montreal, Canada. As we expand our business relationships in the French-Canadian market, we recognize the crucial need for effective communication in the local language. To bridge this language gap and enhance our customer relations, we are seeking a skilled and fluent French-Canadian speaker to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Relations and Fulfillment Specialist.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Customer Communication -

Serve as the primary point of contact for French Canadian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication in their preferred language.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to clients in French Canadian, fostering positive relationships.

Contractor and Employee Support -

Collaborate with contractors and employees based in Montreal, offering support and facilitating communication in French Canadian when necessary.
Provide language assistance to colleagues who may encounter challenges in English communication.

Translation and Interpretation -

Translate written documents, emails, and other correspondence from English to French Canadian, and vice versa.
Act as an interpreter during meetings, ensuring seamless communication between English and French-Canadian speakers.

Cultural Sensitivity -

Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with French Canadian clients, contractors, and employees to build trust and rapport.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
Patience and empathy in addressing customer concerns and inquiries.

Problem-Solving:

Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions in a cross-cultural context.

Language Proficiency:
Must be Fluent in both English and French Canadian, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Must have a cultural understanding of Montreal, Canada, and the Quebecois.
SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:   High School diploma/GED
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Travel Requirements: Montreal, Quebec, Canada - biannually
Certifications & Licenses: None

Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook.
