collaboration.The Sales Intelligence Analyst based in Milwaukee, WI,
will contribute to this positive culture! You will design, develop and
deploy commercial analytic tools aligned with key business initiatives
to drive sales behaviors and actions for the North American Security
business. This role will work with region and area leaders to create
scalable tools which provide actionable insights, KPIs and trends in
order to identify areas of potential risk and opportunity. You will also
lead the direction and execution of our market intelligence initiatives,
including cross-functional intelligence framework and insights to impact
decisions across the commercial teams in the Security business. This
role will work with the business domain to build out market share models
and seller scorecards which will enable the commercial teams to
understand entitlements in within local markets.You will also drive
analytics and insights around current install base to identify
opportunities more easily within BSNAs current customer base. Johnson

to increase sales intelligence capabilities Create Power BI dashboards
focused on Commercial KPIs which drive action and sales behaviors
Connect to data lake sources to build data models to help support the
business needs Support business and trend analysis through the use of
data analysis and modeling to identify and generate key insights which
support development of action plans to achieve annual business targets
on an as-needed basis Understand strategic priorities and business
questions where analytic guidance is needed. Develop project plans to
tackle key questions and provide direction and guidance based on data
and analysis, enabling the organization to hit current year and
long-range strategic goals Partner with the BI team to help create
resourcing models to ensure all local markets are right-sized
