Origination- Loan Consultant Overview
Mortgage Loan Product Selection, Rate Negotiation & Locking, Retention
of Customer, this is often referred to as a sales role.
12 -15 Week Class (Times are approximate based on testing, licensing,
and other factors.)
· Graduation is dependent on:
Passing the standardized SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test.
Obtaining a minimum of 3 state licenses, which involves additional testing
and background check clearance.
