必要な条件/経験:
- 学士号を取得していること（同等の実務経験でも可）。
- エンターテイメント業界、デジタル業界、メディア業界のいずれかでパートナー管理またはアカウント管理に携わった 7 年以上の経験、またはパートナー対応を担った 7 年以上の経験。
- 英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、地域のお客様や関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
- 小売、メディア、流通に携わった経験。
- 届いたリクエストの優先順位付けと対応、エスカレーションの管理を行い、問題を解決に導けること。
- 他チームや社外とコミュニケーションを図り、影響を及ぼすことができる能力。
- 変化の激しい流動的な環境で協力しながら成果を上げられる能力。
- 優れた分析力、コミュニケーション能力、コンサルティング能力、プレゼンテーション能力。

グローバル パートナーシップ部門は、Google パートナーとの新たなビジネス チャンスを発掘する部門です。Google のグローバル パートナーシップ チームは、多様なパートナーがビジネスで Google プロダクトのメリットを最大限に引き出せるように連携しています。また、このチームは Google のプロダクト チームもサポートしています。プロダクト チームとのパートナーシップは、Google プロダクト（広告、Google 検索、Google アシスタント、Google マップ、Google Travel、Google ショッピング、Google Payments など）のユーザー エクスペリエンス向上に欠かせない要素です。他にも、サービスを提供するためのパートナーシップの構築、市場開拓戦略の策定、ビジネス拡大の促進を担当し、さまざまなプロダクトに携わっています。
Responsibilities
- エコシステムの主要なプレーヤーとともに複雑かつ戦略的なパートナーシップを構築、管理する。日本のショッピング エコシステムの主要パートナーとのシニアレベルの関係構築を促進する。
- 急速に変化するビジネス環境において、パートナーとの取引の草案作成、促進、締結を行う。
- パイプラインと記録文書を特定、維持し、主要な最新情報を経営陣や部門横断型チームに伝える。
- 主要なプロダクト分野の目標達成に向けて、ストラテジー、ファイナンス、法務、プロダクト、エンジニアリング、マーケティング、オペレーションなどのチームとの、部門横断型 / 地域横断型の協力関係を推進する。
