Reporting to the company's most Senior Contracts Manager, we are hiring a
Contracts Manager (5 to 7 years proven experience) to join the legal
department in this fast growing, truly globally distributed company. This
position is ideal for a contracts manager who has significant experience in
drafting and closing technology licensing, cloud and services agreements. In
line with our distributed way of work, we will consider candidates located
anywhere in the United States and Canada.What You Will Be Doing
This role involves drafting and negotiating software, services, and cloud
contracts to closure while working directly with legal colleagues and sales
partners. Duties include supporting the contract administration lifecycle,
including responding to and inbound requests, contract review and
interpretation, routing requests to team members for response,
signatures, and archiving, and maintaining confidentiality of work
material. There are opportunities to get involved in our implementation of
Elastic's Contracts Lifecycle Management and serve as its primary system
administrator. In addition, our contract managers maintain and enhance our
forms, playbooks, and procedures in support of customer contract initiatives.
