Job Description:
Teamvantage a Velosity Company is searching for a Prototyping Set Up Technician. This person will be responsible for setting up equipment with proper fixture, auxiliary equipment, and data to run scheduled jobs and completing the necessary paperwork to ensure on time delivery and quality requirements.

This is an on-site position supporting our Forest Lake location.

Requirements
Preferred High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States.
2 years' experience in technical assembly; pad printing, heat staking, and sonic welding experience preferred
Essential Functions
Setup operations per documented instructions as assigned or by scheduling.
Properly startup work centers to run within set processes or create new processes to produce product correctly the first time, on time.
As required, conduct effective operator training on equipment and operations to properly startup work centers.
Document required information using good documentation practices on all company records.
Properly shut down work centers per established instructions and/or industry best practices to prevent damage or compromised products.
Provided timely responses to alarms or production issues for running products.
Work with cross functional employees to address production concerns for technical or product quality concerns/issues.
Communicate with scheduling and other departments for equipment and labor demands as necessary
Generate performance reports to monitor process effectiveness
Provide accurate and complete handoffs to incoming shifts to help launch the incoming shift successfully.
