Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Personal Banker to work out of our Roseville North, Minneapolis South, Woodbury West, and St. Paul locations.
What You Will Do:
Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and fact to face interaction
Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives
Who are You:
You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven
You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges
You work well with others, even when things don't go as planned
You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task
You have 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution (required)
You have a High School degree or GED (required)
