This role is pivotal in defining and tracking patient volumes to optimize practice and plan clinical trials effectively. The Senior Clinical Analyst will collaborate with operational and physician investigator stakeholders to provide comprehensive reporting, forecasting, and advanced analysis, concentrating on clinical trial portfolio management, patient cohort identification, targeted community outreach, and other topics related to research. By aggregating and analyzing quantitative data on patients, diagnoses, treatments, and referral patterns, the Senior Clinical Analyst will deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Institute's mission by aligning clinical trial portfolios with patient populations, maximizing clinical trial enrollment, and supporting biobanking and research operations. Additionally, this position will play a key role in helping Lymphoma group investigators query relevant data assets in support of research efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools, and will thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

The team supports areas such as quality, operations and most importantly, patient care.

The Senior Clinical Analyst will work with a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to dive into the data, build interactive tools, and own the sources of truth necessary to meet the needs of the Institute.
