Job Description

 
3 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available: 3/13/2024- 11/25/2024. Use manual and powered equipment to plant (25%), maintain (30%) , harvest (20%), and pack (15%) greenhouse nursery crops, and vegetable crops (broccoli, brussels sprouts, sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, pumpkins, melons, kale, eggplant, cabbage, and cauliflower; greenhouse nursery crops). Maintain fences, equipment, and irrigation. (10%). Equipment operated: Farm tractor, baler, bale loader, rototiller, mower, soil blender and sterilizer. Workers will comply with procedures for power equipment safety as instructed and follow other instructions of supervisor. Workers will follow rules that asure site safety as instructed. Tools paid for by employer. Requirements: * Must have six months verifiable experience in aforementioned required. * Extensive pushing/pulling, repetitive movements, extensive walking and frequent stooping/bending. * Exposure to extreme temperatures. * Lifting requirement of 75 lbs.
