We are looking for a Client Success Associate (Fleet Partnership Solutions (FPS) Associate), to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Skilled at identifying process improvement opportunities and developing solutions leveraging technology and business tools?

As a Client Success Associate (FPS Associate),you will contribute to a client's ability to achieve goals, as well as to Element Fleet's achievement of account retention and growth objectives.You will provide support to the FPS team on reporting, serve as back-up and/or assist FPS Partners in support of their assigned portfolios when needed and use your exemplary customer service skills to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

A Day in the Life

Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the FPS Partner/Lead

Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management

Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop

Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA)

Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.

Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v- look ups, pivot table etc.

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others whom share different opinions

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others

Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while achieving quality results.
