We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our T-shirt printing company. The ideal candidate will design custom artwork for apparel, prepare files for printing, and collaborate with customers to bring their ideas to life. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating unique and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom T-shirt designs based on client requests and company needs.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for various printing methods, including DTG, and heat press.
• Ensure designs are properly formatted with the correct colors, resolutions, and print specifications.
• Collaborate with customers and sales staff to refine designs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized library of design files and assets.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and printing techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, other graphic design software a plus.
• Experience in T-shirt design, or apparel graphics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/style guidelines.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for typography, colors, and layout.
