The SARA, Inc. High Power Electromagnetics Division (HPEM) is looking
for a remarkably talented, motivated, and dedicated Senior Manufacturing
Engineer to support production activities and transition innovative
technologies and products to the DoD, DoE, and their contractors, from
our Colorado Springs, CO location. The candidate will have the opportunity
to work closely with Project Managers, Manufacturing and Design Engineers,
Inventory Control Specialists, Fabrication Technicians, and external
vendors to ensure our ISO 9001 quality standards are met and exceeded.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supervising,
mentoring, and training the Manufacturing Product Engineering Team and other
support staff necessary to produce the various products including Shielded
Doors and Cabinets, RF Antennas, and other electromechanical manufacturing
efforts within SARA, Inc. This individual will also work closely with our
Quality Section to assist in improving and implementing processes and
procedures that strive towards perfection.
