Responsibilities



This position has the dual responsibility of providing leadership at the site, direct supervision of program counselors, and direct services to patients.

As a working supervisor, this role supervises the program's daily operations to ensure coordination of staff and clinical services and continuity of patient care. In addition to providing direct clinical services, this role supervises counselors, students, and clinical interns to facilitate the development of clinical competency and ethical practice.





Qualifications



Minimum/Essential Qualifications

Education, training, licensure, experience, etc. High School Degree or equivalent

WA: SUDP Two or more years' experience in substance use or behavioral health field You must have current CPR certification or obtain it within 30 days (fully remote work employees are exempt). The certification must be from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:
LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure
