We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Applications Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Sales Team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of Applications Engineering within a leading organization.
Timeline: May - August 2024

What you will do:
Assist in the creation of surveys to gather VOC (Voice of Customer)
Collect feedback from Rep Firms, Service Contractors, Daikin Service Offices, and End-User Customers on the user interface and user experience of Daikin solutions and unit controls.
Compare and contrast Daikin's offerings with those of competitors to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Gather, transform, and analyze data sets to extract valuable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:
Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree in Data Analytics or a related field
Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills
Strong process management skills
Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minor, certificate, or emphasis in Marketing
