JOB REQUIREMENTS: Conduct site visits, measurements, and assessments to
gather information for design development. Collaborate with clients to
determine project goals, budget, and timeline. Develop creative and
innovative landscape designs that meet client objectives and exceed
expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service.
Conduct site analysis and research to inform design concepts. Create
conceptual designs for clients to view Select appropriate plant
materials, hardscape elements, and other design features. Prepare
presentations and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure that designs are implemented
according to specifications. Stay current with industry trends and
practices. Follow through the design & sales process promptly to achieve
client satisfaction, thus closing sales as proposed. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Landscape Architecture,
Landscape Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience in landscape
design or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite,
and other design software. Strong graphic and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of plant
materials, construction techniques, and local regulations Passion for
