Overview:

Chicken Salad Chick - Immediate Office Manager Needed

Are you a highly skilled office manager looking for a dynamic work environment with a fun-loving team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive role where your organizational skills can shine?

We are seeking an Office Manager with strong experience in Accounting (related degree or work experience required).

Job Duties:

  • Accounting

  • Journal Entries, preparing P&Ls, creating invoices

  • Matching transactions to actuals

  • AR/AP

  • Payroll

  • Team Scheduling

  • New Employee Onboarding

  • Employee relation management for administrative purposes

  • Manage Vendor relationships

  • Organize documents electronically

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred, not required

  • Experience with Paycor preferred, not required

Skills Needed:

  • Professional communication

  • Self starter

  • Ability to complete tasks within a set timeline

  • Extremely proficient with computers

  • Extremely organized
