Responsibilities
Scheduling for both internal and external appointments for patients by phone
Documenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patient
Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff
Manage the scheduling queues
Answer incoming scheduling calls
May float to different locations to assist with staffing needs
Other duties as requested and assigned



Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
Basic Computer Skills
Previous call center experience desired
Use of electronic medical record systems and electronic scheduling systems is desired

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
