DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time
position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core
hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm plus an after-hours/weekend on-call
rotation. This will be discussed during the interview process Be part of

Unified Communications Associate Engineer to: \* Build, configure, and
support the various unified communications solutions including IP
telephony, voice mail, video conferencing, web conferencing, and instant
messaging. \* Assist with the development of initiatives by working
directly with clinical and operational personnel to implement services.
\* Identify opportunities, provide recommendations and alternative
methods to enhance the patient and family experience, and improve cost

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - Associate Degree in
Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years
combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in
lieu of degree). Preferred - A bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare,
Information Technology, Business, or a related field is strongly
preferred. Work Experience : Minimum - Demonstrated success in
troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in technology
Preferred - \* One year of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
\* Two years of relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project
Management, Analytics, or Monitoring. Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred - CCNA/CCNP or equivalent UC/Network Certification. \*\*\*\*\*
