Baranko Brothers, Inc., a well-established earthwork contractor based out of Dickinson, ND, is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a dozer to perform earthwork, grading, and excavation
- Complete work orders and follow project specifications
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Work in various weather conditions and environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Dozer Operator with GPS
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of grading and excavation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and irregular hours as needed.
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
