About the Job
Job Duties/Responsibilities: A postdoctoral associate position is available immediately for a biologist to study muscle stem cell, muscle regeneration, and muscular dystrophy. The study will involve molecular biology, cell biology and animal studies to investigate the regulation of muscle regeneration via muscle stem cells in muscular dystrophy. The research experiments will involve molecular biology, cellular biology and histological approaches including animal surgeries, Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS), and confocal microscopic techniques.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Postdoctoral Associate candidates should hold a PhD in Biology, Medical Sciences, or related fields. Demonstrated passion for up-to-date sciences Excellent communication skills Ability to be a critical thinking Strong commitment to team efforts.
Preferred Qualifications: PhD training in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and/or Animal Studies.
