In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts and assemblies to complete finished products, ensuring they meet defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements. If you have experience in production environments, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply today! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $18 - $20/hr. Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the production operator: Comprehensive healthcare coverage Dental and vision insurance Retirement savings plans Opportunities for career advancement Competitive salary 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance HSA Paid time off Retirement plan Duties of the production operator: Perform assembly of parts and assemblies to complete finished products according to job traveler operations and engineering specifications Set up necessary tools and equipment for assembly processes Review finished assemblies, parts, and products to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging, crating, palletizing, and loading as required Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Director of Operations Requirements of the production operator: Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience in a production environment preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), JobBoss experience preferred Additional Information: Apply today!
