Skills & Experience:
We are seeking candidates who have proficiency with basic plumbing and electrical, basic knowledge of heater safety and operation, and basic automation skills. As a previous Crew Leader or a similar role, you know what it takes to help us continue our mission to provide our clients the highest level of quality, care, and warm summer fun.
Requirements:
Punctuality: Must be able to report to Norton facility at 7:00am Monday-Saturday for work-vehicle preparation.
Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week April ? November.
Valid Driver's License: for operating a designated work vehicle.
Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
Working Conditions: Direct exposure to the sun.
Mobile Device: Must own a smart phone with access to the 'When I Work' app.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating work-related software devices.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
A plus if you have:
Vinyl A/B Measurements
Trowelling - Sand, Vermiculite, Cement, Mortar
PVC Plumbing - Running underground lines or system installations
Leak Detection Experience - Diving, Pressure Testing
Masonry Tools - Concrete saw, Jackhammer, Drill, Mixer, etc.
Experience with automation installation & troubleshooting
Heater diagnosis, repair, and installation skills
Experience with renovations
Plumbing and repair skills
