Insight Global Lead Program Manager in Camby, Indiana
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Program Manager in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will oversee, and coordinate development and commissioning of gearbox test stands programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs. The Lead Program Manager will work closely with the customer, partner business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Additionally, the Lead Program Manager will monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues. Engage with customer to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 9 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent
-strong customer experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
experience with overseeing program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently
Experience with Microsoft Project
ability to travel up to 20% anually null
