Description/Job Summary

Regional Operational Support Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with management team to initiate onboarding in a timely manner;
  • Creating and editing presentations
  • Initiate and execute special projects;
  • Provide exceptional customer service when assisting all internal employees, as well as external vendors
  • Drive and deliver innovative PO initiatives
  • Managing calendars, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Partner with leaders on HR on succession planning, assessment, job/career progression and performance management.
  • Operational support on daily tasks, project management as assigned and daily task administration.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques;
  • Evaluate and analyze data and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the People Operations function.
  • Collection and dissemination of information on behalf of site leaders and HR
  • Partner with HR to build and enhance development courses and programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting continuous deadlines;
  • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high level of personal integrity.
  • 3+ years’ experience with People Operations functions including establishing processes, compliance, benefits, payroll, and other day-to-day operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field of study is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years full-cycle recruitment experience or agency recruitment experience.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing on social media.
  • Proven skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal and written communications. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management.
  • Union Experience and working knowledge preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and be professional
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coaching managers through performance issues;
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail;
  • Must have experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Proficient in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Smartsheet and PowerPoint preferred.
