NAs/CNAs Facility NEEDED!!!

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as NAs/CNAs at our facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the franchise industry, providing healthcare and medical assistance to our senior residents. As an important member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families by providing personalized care and support.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help promote a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care and progress
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow all facility policies and procedures regarding resident care and safety

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification or relevant certification in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their families
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and assisting residents as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
