Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Manager Client Quality Assurance. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
• Performs de/anti-icing event quality assessments at stations facilities at domestic locations as designated by leadership in support of the de/anti-icing event assessment type assigned to the Stations Quality team.
• Evaluates and documents individual employee / team knowledge, risk management, and skills in their operational area
• Assessment types include de/anti-icing events and applicable proficiency checks. Identifies and tracks trends using a quality database. Assists operational areas with the development of corrective action plans and/or approves such plans.
• Performs follow-up audits and verifies implementation of corrective actions by operational areas. Communicates company policies and procedures.
• Promote a 'just' safety culture and promote the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP)

Quals--
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of de-icing experience
• Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
• Must demonstrate strong oral communication skills
• Must have the ability to work with minimal direction and possess strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and thoroughness in performing work assignments
• Must be able to work in a time-sensitive environment, be a self-starter, and be highly motivated
• Candidates should have a strong history of collaboration
• 90% travel required.
