Executive Directors will manage our facility while providing oversite into areas including customer service, people management, business development, and financial and clinical operation. Here's what you'll do when you join us:

Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance.
Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork.
Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers.
Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met.
Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies. Develop plans for correction based on notes during the inspection and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency.
Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus programs and services.
Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor the performance of the facility in relation to budget, and intervene as needed.

Bachelor's degree in related field
Active LNHA in state of operation
Prior experience in Long Term Care industry
Compassion and a positive, outgoing personality
Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills
