Qualifications
Prior knowledge of the UKG-Kronos suite, specifically Dimensions, preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business Management, or Administration preferred
Two years corporate operations, field, or location experience with scheduling systems preferred
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with team members and management at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to support day to day priorities with ongoing project work
Advanced/Power user of Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall administration of the advanced scheduling system.
Champions the administration, best practices, and implementation of the scheduling solutions internally to key stakeholder.
Ensures day to day effectiveness of the scheduling applications in partnership with operational leadership, database administrators, and the integration team.
Maintains all configurable elements within software applications including business structure, allowable staffing levels and hours, standards, schedule rules, meal breaks, labor law requirements, etc.
Develops and maintains configurations for new, re-modeled, closed, and re-aligned locations.
Validates daily Epic census data at the unit/job level as needed to achieve reasonable 6-week schedules.
Triages, communicates, and resolves scheduling issues.
Supports project initiatives that affect the scheduling program.
Provides feedback on performance, integration, and reporting issues.
Serves as the central contact within OMC to report and follow-up with vendor support on problems encountered while using the scheduling system, including maintaining documentation and problem/case logs.
Participates in the coordination of the integration services, product updates, change requests, and application supports.
Serves as an active participating member of the Scheduling Governance Committee.
Provides back-up support to other scheduling coordinators.
Supervises other personnel.
Provides leadership, direction, and daily oversight to staff to ensure procedures are implemented.
Conducts annual performance evaluations of assigned staff.
Completes time records on a bi-weekly basis.
Promotes and develops policies and procedures.
Coordinates and prepares agendas and other information for meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
