Pay Rate: $22.12 - $23.45/hr (Dependent on location)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and accurate support to business partners and customers via email and outbound calls

• Assist merchants with troubleshooting and navigation of our Online PCI Portal Solution

• Achieve first interaction resolution by gathering necessary information efficiently

Key Tasks

• Compile merchant boarding data using multiple systems

• Analyze and compare current boarding files to determine hierarchy relationships

• Gather and verify merchant onboarding information

• Ensure data is properly formatted for uploading

• Maintain merchant records in Online PCI Portal Solution

• Board new merchants into Online PCI Portal Solution

• Update merchant hierarchy/locations

• Correct boarding issues to ensure timely onboarding of new merchants

• Assist with quarterly data comparisons for risk reporting

• Interface with PCI Assist Vendor support team

• Manage and organize boarding records and files

• Review, register, and validate PCI documentation and ASV scans

• Educate and build awareness of PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) with clients

• Collaborate with Clients and Merchant Portfolio Officers/Analysts to ensure PCI compliance needs are addressed and tracked

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: 1+ years in technology, payments, business, product management, or risk management

• Understanding of reporting procedures and record keeping

• Experience in data mining to extract information from data sets

• Proficient with MS Office Suite and various computer software

• Strong customer focus

• Ability to multitask and perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy

Pay Details: $22.12 to $23.45 per hour
