Job Description

Monitors, adjust, and maintains a comfortable and safe environment through the facilities’ Building Automation Systems (BAS) and customer interaction. The control technician is the first responder to alarm conditions as relayed through the BAS system. As such, the person is responsible for both dispatching appropriate response personnel and troubleshooting applicable systems through the BAS for probable cause and possible remote intervention. Must be able to respond quickly, accurately, and efficiently during Emergency situations, while providing a level of professionalism.
