Seasonal Help/ Tank Painter
Elk River, MN
Description
Job Type: Full-time 40+ hrs.

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

Location: Elk River


Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a dependable Seasonal Tank Painter to join the team. As a Seasonal Tank Painter, the primary responsibility will be to prepare and paint tanks and other equipment. This seasonal position will require you to work outdoors.



Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted
Mixing paint as required, using equipment to ensure high quality finish and appearance.
Setup and Tear down of painting equipment to coat metal products with lacquer, paint, varnish, and prepare metal surfaces for painting, equipment, using brushes, sanders and rollers
Apply paint and coatings to tanks and other equipment
Maintain and repair painting equipment
Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of full face ventilation mask for extended periods of time
Dispose of waste appropriately, and according to comply with Safety and OSHA regulations
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Performing other duties as assigned
