Aerotek Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright in Cleveland, Ohio
Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright
2nd/3rd Shift
$30.50/hr + off shift premium
Description:
Installation and repair of a variety of equipment including; product silos, grinders/mills (Jeffrey), industrial scrubbers, mixing drums, vibrators, ovens
Mechanical troubleshooting & repairs such as; hydraulics, pneumatics, vibrators, mixers
Utilizing blueprints to troubleshoot and repair machinery
Assist electrician on shift with any necessary repairs
Disassemble agitators/grinding mills for production employees to clean. Reassemble when finished
Lock out/Tag out of machines
Follow preventative maintenance schedule
Welding (MIG), pipefitting, and plumbing
Will assist with any HVAC repairs if needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting (independently) on hydraulics & pneumatics
Ability to read and understand blueprints for production machinery to troubleshoot/repair machinery
Lock out/Tag out procedures
NO BEARD - Will do respirator fit test, must be worn in certain areas of the facility to repair equipment (Will not be used often, typically 2-3 times per year)
Nice to haves:
Electrical experience (480v, 3phase) - troubleshooting with multimeter
Journeyman card (Millwright, industrial maintenance)
