Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and provide strategic contracts administration for ADC.
Prepare, review, revise, negotiate, and process confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure agreements for R&D projects with internal and external parties.
Prepare, review, draft, revise, assess risks, negotiate and administer various contracts with the guidance and instruction of corporate counsels.
Maintain and manage ADC's contract records and folders.
Manage and keep abreast of licensed technologies and Technology License Agreements
Assist with renewal of Technology License Agreements
Work with Company Import & Export Compliance Administrator to prepare documents and information of ADC technologies when necessary.
Maintain and manage Export Control records and documentations.
Manage and administer requests for approval to DIL (LOA request to DIL)
Assist matters in intellectual property administration.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
2+ year of experience reviewing contracts with customers and suppliers
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Export control compliance (e.g. EAR regulations)
Intellectual property rules and regulations
Non Disclosure agreements
Bilingual in English and Japanese
