The Marketing Manager - Hand Hygiene Program is a leading role in the Healthcare Infection Prevention North America business. The Hand Hygiene Program is essential in controlling the spread of infections in healthcare settings and providing value to our customers and their patients.The role requires an individual who has the ability to function at both a strategic and tactical level. In this role you will develop an in-depth understanding of Ecolab's healthcare customers in order to:
Lead the Hand Hygiene Program; define the marketing vision and strategy
Create and collaborate on execution of marketing plans and sales enablement
Incorporate digital value into the offering and pricing models to capture value
Accelerate revenues, profitability and market share of our Hand Hygiene Compliance Monitoring System
This role is highly visible and requires significant collaboration with other functions (marketing, sales, finance, R&D, etc.), regular communication with leadership, refined project management skills, and extensive work with customers and partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities, passion for customers, and commitment to help solve big problems.

What You Will Do:
Create and execute strategies which will fuel robust growth and profitability. This includes developing and implementing strategies and plans for:
New innovation (offerings, business models, services, etc.)
Digital roadmap
Pricing
Cost savings
Demand generation, sales support and launch activities
Lead and manage projects (either phase gate innovation or process improvement) and gain senior management support. Demonstrate excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on-budget, and achieve stated goals
Develop in-depth market knowledge, understand the competitive landscape and communicate how Ecolab's digital solutions and customer experience are differentiated in the market. Remain current on market standards, association guidelines and related government regulations
Partner cross-functionally (sales, finance, R&D, supply chain, regulatory, commercial digital solutions etc.) to identify and deliver solutions while leading through influence
Work hand-in-hand with commercial and implementation teams to develop relationships with key customers and associations
Travel 10-20% based on need

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years professional marketing experience; or
MBA with 5+ years of professional marketing experience

Proven leadership, project management, ability to drive results, long-term vision and strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, business and financial acumen, strong oral and written communication, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate matrix organizations to achieve business results while handling multiple tasks
Ability to exhibit team leadership; motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve their highest potential and communicate a sense of vision and mission
Ability to create an environment that encourages breakthrough thinking, can move new ideas forward
Business to business marketing experience
Previous experience in the healthcare space or managing a B2B digital-service product portfolio
Experience creating customer-facing presentations, with visibility to top executives
Prior experience in leading and managing innovation projects, identifying white space opportunities or managing a digital product portfolio
