The Senior Marketing Manager is the holistic marketing owner of the Filtration hardware portfolio, coordinating efforts across the business/functions and supporting where appropriate. In this role, you will manage and lead marketing globally for your product line, including projects from inception to completion, achieving milestones through strong cross functional leadership and collaboration.

This position reports to the Director, Marketing - Upstream Hardware, is part of the Global Marketing department and will be located onsite.


What You'll Do

  • Ensure achievement of established marketing targets for products and drive/lead cross-functional team accountability for marketing key performance objectives in terms of marketing execution, funnel fill, funnel coverage, market share gain and customer satisfaction/experience. Attend daily management, growth room, and other business and marketing specific alignment calls. Problem-solve and drive countermeasures as necessary.

  • Map buyer’s and customer journeys. Build stories and content plans based on a deep understanding of customers’ needs/problems and their journey and own/drive content creation through cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

  • Responsible for new product introductions within the portfolio or business area of responsibility, maintain ownership of the marketing swim lane as part of the Launch Excellence process.

  • Create training and sales enablement tools for the team to have continued conversations with customers according to the buyer’s journey, and to aid them to win business and help our customers.

  • Manage on-market products throughout their lifecycle. Maintain portfolio positioning, messaging, content, and digital properties to represent, promote, convince, and convert for your portfolio of products.
     

Who You Are:

  • B.S. in Marketing, Scientific Discipline or related; MBA or PhD in Scientific discipline preferred

  • 7+ years experience in Commercial Product Management, technical marketing, Scientific Applications, or Life Sciences Sales

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Customer-obsessed; a strategic and creative product marketer, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer focused marketing messages and content that resonates with scientists and leaders

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment and driven to achieve short and long-term business goals and targets; a self-starter with the ability to take informed, decisive action

Travel Requirements:

· Ability to travel i[u[ tp 20%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Previous Filtration experience would be a strong plus.

The salary range hourly range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
