Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. You will be part of a small team working alongside senior leaders to drive the Technology Operating Rhythm (TOR) mechanisms specifically Tech Operations Scrum (TOS) where its purpose is to highlight and address the most important operational items, and raise awareness about what is happening across Technology.
In this role, you will partner with CTO Staff members and other senior leaders across the Technology organization to ensure alignment on key operational items, drive progress on strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Tech Operations Scrum program.
- Manage the TPM and CTO staff rotation program for Tech Operations Scrum.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to drive improvements in operational metrics, including incidents, quality, performance, and availability.
- Partner with the CTO and key stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to the TOR.
- Gather data, analyze trends, and develop insights on key strategic topics to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to other TOR mechanisms as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in using structured approaches to simplify complex problems and develop data-backed solutions, combining creativity with a keen business sense
- Ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that help advance business.
- Has used an understanding of strategy, business, and operational performance to improve operations in a way that delivers better customer experiences, growth or efficiency.
- Ability to navigate between the big picture and execution details simultaneously
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the company
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $221000-301000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
