| Job Description: |
Need 8 full-time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Brandon, MN.
From: 04/01/2024 - 12/1/2024
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Overtime and taking holiday mandatory.
In Minnesota, workers will be paid 1.5 times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week.
Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs duties like drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area, and to haul supplies, tools, or farm workers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Able to perform work that requires exposure to extreme temperatures, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements. No minimum education required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
