What You'll Do:
Member of the senior living leadership team and responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulations, keeping informed of industry standards and applying knowledge to meet the changing needs of the Great Lakes communities.
Supports on-site operations in achieving high quality and efficient delivery of care with appropriate clinical supervision through standard role definitions, staffing models, onboarding processes, clinical processes, and metric monitoring.
Oversees site level implementation and adherence clinical best practice models and processes to deliver consistent high quality, efficient and compliant resident centered care.
Oversees site level implementation and standardization in the areas of policies and procedures, personnel management, quality improvement, compliance, clinical documentation, licensing, and accreditation.
Collaborates with the Executive Director to provide ongoing performance management and development of the DON; focusing on high engagement and collaboration while promoting high levels of satisfaction and retention with onsite staff.
Audits resident records on an ongoing basis within communities, advising the DON on findings and corrections needed to sustain substantial compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Provides assistance to the DON with investigating and reporting incidents of suspected resident neglect and/or abuse and reporting these findings to appropriate county officials, in coordination with the Executive Director.
Collaborates throughout the organization to implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
Leads by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and wellbeing, demonstrate effective communication.
Participates in review, revision and development of new policies in collaboration with the VP of Assisted Living Operations and ensures implementation across the communities.
Collaborates with Regional Director of Operations and ED/DON in determining staffing needs based on resident care levels to maintain quality care, safety and ensure profitability.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Minnesota.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living setting, multi-site experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using resident record computerized systems.
Willingness to travel across the Great Lakes portfolio as needed.
